You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item once we receive it. Well Read reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day policy. Please include a copy of your packing slip. Refunds will be issued to the card used to make the purchase.

  • Purchased between November 1st and December 24th may be exchanged or returned until January 5th.
  • All sale items and special orders are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

If you have decided to return any items you have purchased, please contact us via phone or email.

Once we have received and accepted the return, a customer service representative will reach out to you via email. You will have 2 days from the return acceptance to ship the merchandise back. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and sending the merchandise back to the address listed below.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.



We are happy to exchange items in perfect condition with price tags attached if your size is available.

The most effective way to make an exchange is to contact us at with your Order Number or give us a call at (239) 221-3282. Once you have notified us of an exchange, purchase the new size and color you need online. Simply write exchange in the comment section box on the checkout page. We will credit the original purchase when your return arrives at our returns department. 



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Order handling time is 1 to 2 business days. 

Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Items purchased on Friday will be shipped on Mondays.
